Have you been thinking about trying yoga, but just not sure where to begin? Maybe it's been a while since you've been on your mat, and your interested in reviewing the basics? Yoga For Beginners was designed just for you! We have a dedicated, passionate, team of teachers and staff who are committed to supporting and guiding you along your new journey. Learn how to practice yoga in a safe, empowering environment.
Beginner program includes, four guided "Yoga For Beginners" workshops, and 30 day's of unlimited yoga. Course will cover the basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, yoga etiquette and more. You will have an opportunity to really learn how to get in and out of yoga postures, and how to make modifications necessary for your own individual needs.
Yoga For Beginners is the ideal way to start your own yoga journey. Program is offered bi-monthly.

- How does it work?
You can sign up for the program online today, or stop by the studio to register in person. Yoga for Beginners is a 30 day guided program that includes four introduction to yoga workshops, and 30 full day's of unlimited yoga (from our regular yoga schedule, workshops and speciality programs are not included). Each workshop will include a combination of lecture and yoga practice. *Please arrive to each workshop ready to practice Bring along your yoga mat and wear something your comfortable moving around in.
- What is the cost?
Beginner program fee is $139. Your price include four guided beginner workshops and 30 day's of unlimited yoga. Empower Yoga's Auto-Pay Members pay $99.($99is a workshop fee that includes four beginner workshops, regular membership fee's will still apply) Save your spot today by registering online, or in studio.
Our next session begins on Sunday, June 4. Guided workshops are held on Sunday afternoons
from 12:45 - 2:15 pm. Dates include June 4, 11, 18, 25.
