While I enjoy many forms of physical fitness, yoga is and always will be my home. I love the way yoga brings balance, strength and harmony into my life. 

I find teaching yoga to be an amazing privilege and so rewarding that it actually has allowed me to deepen my personal practice, and create a stronger union between the mind, body and breath. I love bring added challenges to class and believe that if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. I like to keep class light-hearted, fun and really high in energy. Take one of my classes and you can expect to find the unexpected!

I’m really stoked to be a part of the Empower Community. I love how the students are always ready to take on whatever I throw at them!
