Judy Wolak

Yoga initially began as a way for me to socialize with friends during college, and soon became a crucial component of my fitness routine. What surprised me most was the mental and spiritual equilibrium it provided me. All of these benefits drove me toward dedicating myself to my practice, and a lifelong study of yoga.

My teaching style reflects the evolution of my practice, and I relish the sense of community that only a yoga studio can offer. My objective is to create a sense of balance in both mind and body. Witnessing students discover their inner strength and tranquility through yoga is genuinely fulfilling and motivating, and I am grateful to play role in that process.

I started as a student at Empower, and immediately felt at home due to the welcoming staff and supportive teachers. I was humbled and grateful when asked to join the team, and I aspire to make all who enter feel the same sense of belonging.
