Yoga has helped bring balance back into my life. The mindfulness that I find on my mat is prevalent throughout the day. I’ve found grace and forgiveness for myself and others through the practice of yoga. I enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge of yoga with others. Giving students the tools they need for growth in their own life. I often use props and lot’s of modifications while teaching to create a class available to everyone. Empower’s welcoming community drew me back to yoga when I most needed it most. After completing Empower Yoga teacher training program, I had the privilege to teach along side those who supported me.
